Claustrophobic Inferno

Pull all 3 levers and kill all 10 waves of enemies, then report.

Kill 100 of every apparition then report.

[Soul War - Greed] Enter the Mirrored Nightmare and cut down its apparitions - 100 of each kind.

Seal of Spite

Kill 25 Hazardous Phantom then report.
Only 4 spawns, 10 minutes cd.

Furious Crater

Kill vibrant phantom, then walk on the body once the green light is there.
